Sickness: Please keep your child home if he/she has a fever, diarrhea, vomiting or any communicable illness and notify the school. If you do bring your child to a Doctor a note is required before your child can return to school. If your child becomes ill or has a fever in school we will call you to pick him/her up or send an authorized alternate. In case of an emergency, a teacher will go with your child to the hospital and we will call you to meet us there.

Medication: We will only administer prescription medication in the original container.

Files: A written file for each child is kept at school. The information in your child's folder is confidential and will not be released without your consent. You can review your child's file anytime.

Progress Reports: Written progress reports are completed twice a year. At that time and any time during the year you may request a conference.

Clothing: We go outside everyday, year round weather permitting. Please be sure your child is dressed in appropriate clothing. A full set of extra clothing will be kept at school for your child.

Lunch and Snacks: A parent may order a hot lunch before 9:00 am. Our hot lunch program follows the public school calendar. We provide a nutritious morning and afternoon snack.
